The History of Bullit Motorcycles
Bullit Motorcycles is a Belgian motorcycle manufacturer that was born in 2013. The company recently made a big change when it rebranded itself as Bluroc in October 2021.
Bullit bikes are designed in Belgium and made in China. The bikes are inspired by classic models from the 60s and focus on smaller bikes for new riders, A2 licence holders, and riders who prefer a classic lightweight feel. Bullit Motorcycles is passionate about offering quality motorcycles that are safe, reliable, and affordable.
The company has seen tremendous success since its launch and continues to offer a wide range of models that appeal to all types of riders. With its rebranding to Bluroc, the company is continuing to innovate and shake up the motorcycle industry.
The Rebrand to Bluroc
On October 1st 2021, Bullit Motorcycles rebranded as Bluroc. The popular 250cc model, the Bullit Hero 250, will continue to be sold as the Bluroc Legend. All bikes will have a “B” branding when they roll off the factory floor, making it easy for prospective buyers to identify them as Bluroc bikes. This rebrand could be due to the negative connotations of naming a motorcycle brand after weaponry, and Bluroc is looking to start fresh with a new image.
Potential customers may have been searching for “Bullitt” with two t’s, they will now find the Bluroc brand instead.
Bluroc is looking to become a global superpower and is currently sold in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Portugal & the UK. As they continue to grow, they hope to expand its presence worldwide. With the rebranding from Bullit to Bluroc, they are hoping to distance themselves from any negative connotations of their past and embrace the exciting possibilities that lay ahead for their future.
